At Syos, we let you try your saxophone mouthpiece at home for 30 days starting from the date of receipt. Should you not be satisfied, you may return the mouthpiece for an exchange or a refund (shipping fees won't be refunded).
Shipping costs for the return of your products are at your own expense and will not be refunded.
How to request an exchange or a refund?
If you wish to return your mouthpiece, make sure you received it less than 30 days ago. If so, fill out the form in your customer account:

Warning, any return not logged in this form will be refused. Also, mouthpieces that are sent back dirty or deteriorated won't be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
Shipping costs for exchanges
If you ask for an exchange, we will send your new mouthpiece via regular mail. We cover the shipping costs for this new product.
